Meet the Trainers: Vicki Saville and George Felici
Both George Felici and Vicki Saville conduct Green Advantage ® training for Resource Dynamics, Inc. (RDI). Vicki started working with RDI at the start of the Green Advantage training program in 2005 while George has been working with Green Advantage for the last two years. ![]()
Both are regularly on the road, running about one to two workshops per month, working with each other as well as with other GA trainers. They've touched ground in Tulsa and Tennessee, New Jersey and Nebraska, South Florida and Seattle, Dallas and Delaware, and stops in between! Both put a high value on the quality and need for the GA certification.

Legislative Update: Obama Stimulus Package and Federal Renewable Energy Legislation
All eyes are on the Obama Administration's economic stimulus package. On February 17, 2009, President Obama signed into law the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The $787 billion stimulus act is focused on government spending initiatives intended to create jobs and jumpstart the economy as well as provide tax breaks for businesses and individuals.

Grand Rapids Community College and West Michigan - Leaders in Green Building Training
The January issue of the Wall Street Journal reported that a “green gap” exists in environmentally friendly construction. “As environmentally friendly construction takes off, a question looms: Who’s going to do all the work? Demand is booming for environmentally friendly construction. But it is booming so fast that there aren’t enough skilled professionals to do the work.” This may be true in other parts of the country, but it is not true in Grand Rapids and the West Michigan area.
